Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Port Harcourt, under the rules of the Rivers State. You agree to submit any such dispute to arbitration and waive your right to a trial by jury.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxobell concerning the use of the Site.
